Lovely home on large lot in safe and quiet neighborhood not far from parks and shopping. Off-street parking available. House is 3600 sq. ft., 4 bdrm,, 2.5 ba., 2 story with chair lift. Lawn maintenance and bi-weekly house cleaning included. Eat-in kitchen adjoins family room with 52“ tv with cable, WI-FI, VCR, blue ray. Formal living room and dining room. Newly decorated, fully furnished room across from hall bath has new mattress with foam topper.

I am a 74 year old widow who would like to share my home with other “Golden Girls”. I am a Christian (not Fundamentalist) and a “mainstream” Democrat. I’m an avid reader, seldom published author, and history buff who loves to crochet, playing cards and board games, and occasional beach trips. Since COVID restrictions I’ve been a regular viewer of PRIME, ACORN, and Masterpiece (now fully-vaccinated). I enjoy entertaining at home, especially to celebrate holidays. My two grandchildren and their mother “run through” to visit regularly and I’d welcome short visits by housemates’ family members.
