Hi! We are 2 females in our early 30’s looking for a 3rd Roomie in our beautiful, sunny 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in Greenpoint, BK! Move in would be 8/1 & signing of a year lease is required. Could move in sooner if need be. Apartment has all floor to ceiling windows with a ton of natural lighting. All new appliances including a dishwasher. Laundry & gym on the 6th floor with a terrace, as well as an amazing furnished rooftop with epic skyline views on the top floor. Elevator building. Apartment has Bluetooth speakers installed, virtual doorman, secure package room, and central AC/ heat. The bedroom is at a minimum 10x10, but has extra space & nooks for furniture. Bedroom also has a large closet with high ceilings. Our last roommate was able to comfortably fit a full sized bed, desk, dresser, & night table. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates. Bathroom is large with a full sized mirror, large soaking tub, and rainforest shower head. The apartment has bright ceiling lighting throughout. We love our apartment & keep a nice, clean home!! It’s located just a few blocks from the Greenpoint Avenue G stop and a short 10 min walk over the Pulaski Bridge if you want to catch the 7 train at Vernon Blvd/ Jackson Avenue for a direct commute right into Manhattan (next stop is Grand Central!) The neighborhood is fantastic with tons of bars, restaurants, and cute shops!!
We are two females in our early 30’s who love to go out and have fun but we keep the apartment clean and homey. One recently left the fashion industry and is back bartending full time, the other recently left bartending and is about to start working in the medical field and also enjoys acting. We love cooking, working out, going out, animals, always looking for fun activities to do! We like the dynamic of 3 females but are open to males as well. We both enjoy our alone time but we are hoping for a roommate that also enjoys hanging out with us as well! :)
