About the room
I am am currently sharing this apartment with a friend and I will be moving out as I just bought a condo. Room is definitely available 2/1/18, possibly flexible for Mid-January.
Your new roommate is a working professional female late 20’s, very relaxed, we have never had any issues. Male or female roommates are ok.
The apartment is a very decent size, has a kitchen with gas range, living room, front foyer, 2 beds and 1 bath. The place is fully furnished other than the bedroom.
Its in a great location close to Davis Square, Tufts etc and the room overlooks a park.
Basement storage is included with rent, laundry is in the basement (no coins!), street parking is VERY easy to find. Heat and hot water are included as is trash removal, we pay for internet and electric. Cable can be added.
Rent is $1100 per month.
The lease ends 08/31/2018 (option to renew).
