Welcome to our lovely home, a charming 1000 square foot property with three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a sprawling 6000 square foot yard. We are seeking a new housemate who is clean, responsible, and simply awesome to rent out our furnished third bedroom/garage convert.

All bills are included in the rent, so you can rest easy knowing that you won’t have to worry about additional expenses. This includes electricity, water, internet, and security. In addition to this, we have a cleaning lady come in once a month to deep clean the house, including each bedroom. This is included in rent, and you’re free to opt out of this service. Of course, we want to respect your privacy!

Our neighborhood is friendly, peaceful, and safe, making it the perfect place to call home. Plus, we’re conveniently located near major highways and within walking distance to schools, a recreational center, and a beautiful park and dog park!

Our kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and refrigerator. With large windows throughout, our home is flooded with natural light, making it a bright and welcoming space to live in. We even have a laundry room, making it super convenient for all your cleaning needs.

Please note that the bathroom is shared, and there isn’t much storage space, so it may not be ideal for those with lots of belongings. Smoking is permitted outside only, and we kindly ask that any pets be well-trained. Feel free to use the yard for activities such as picnics, games, or relaxation! We have a smart lock and security cameras in a place for added security to the house. Please ask about them if you decide this is the place for you!

Also, just wanted to add that I have some furniture available in a storage unit, including a bed frame, a mattress, and a desk. If you’re in need of either, don’t hesitate to ask me about them. I’d be more than happy to help you out if I can!

It’s important to recognize that we all have our own struggles and challenges, and that showing kindness and understanding to others can go a long way in making life a little easier for everyone. Here are some friendly house rules we can all follow to ensure that we live harmoniously and respectfully together!

1. Clean up after yourself - please ensure you clean up any mess you make in common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and bathroom

2. Respect each other’s privacy - please knock before entering someone else’s room and be mindful of noise levels, especially during sleeping hours

3. Be considerate of shared spaces - if you’re using something that’s shared among the household, such as the TV or kitchen appliances, be mindful of others who may also want to use them

4. No smoking inside - smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts properly

5. Be mindful of energy and water usage - please turn off lights, appliances, and taps when not in use to conserve energy and water

6. Communicate openly and respectfully - if you have any concerns or issues, please communicate them openly and respectfully with your housemates

7. Keep noise levels down after a reasonable hour - please be mindful of others when making noise, especially after a reasonable hour

8. No overnight guests - please do not have guests overnight without prior discussion with your housemates

9. Be mindful of pets - if you have pets, please be responsible for their behavior and clean up after them

10. Keep the house secure - ensure that doors and windows are locked when leaving the house and be mindful of security measures such as the alarm system

Hi there, it’s lovely to meet you! My name is JC/Jessica, and I go by she/they pronouns. As a quiet, introverted homebody, I take pleasure in all things nerdy. I enjoy spending time with my housemates and close friends, and family. During my free time, I love playing video games, D&D, reading, writing, and art!

I’m the proud owner of three adorable cats: a red point Siamese named Marshmallow, an orange cat named Pickles, and a Tuxedo cat named Kylo Ren!

My wonderful housemate, Alyssa, is a fun and friendly 20-year-old college student who enjoys staying active and social. Alyssa is a big fan of video games and anime and loves nothing more than spending time with her friends and boyfriend. We collectively take care of a 1-year-old half-pit half-German shepherd with tons of energy! She’s very friendly and loves to play fetch.
