Your room: Large first floor bedroom with attached bath! This room is very big with tons of closet space!

The house: This is a recently renovated townhouse off of Georgetown Rd. just minutes away from Barracks rd and Stonefield! Only 10-15 minutes to Downtown Charlottesville. The main floor consists of an open living room and dining area with an attached study/music room . A beautiful bright kitchen with washer and dryer on the first floor. 1st floor bedroom, which would be yours! The attached bathroom is small but gets the job done, slightly renovated, except for the pink shower which is there to stay for the time being. The kitchen has a large bay window that overlooks a lovely fenced in back yard. The second floor has a second bedroom and bathroom, which is mine.

About me: I’m a mid-20’s female, young professional that grew up in Charlottesville and knows the area very well! I work in the entertainment and wedding industry in downtown cville. My schedule can be all over the place, so some day’s I’ll be at the office and some days I work from home. I like to come home to a quiet house where I can enjoy a glass of wine and whatever Netflix show I’m currently watching and hang with my dog. I have a large dog, so pet lovers are a must. I’m not looking to add any more animals to the house right now, but if I find the right roommate and you have a pet it may be considered!

About you: Fun, easy to get along with, and respectful of common areas. Looking for another young professional or grad student that is down to earth. I’ve had two types of roommates, type 1: we become very good friends and enjoy hanging out in the common areas together, intermingle with friend circles outside of the house, at bars etc.. This is awesome if it happens! Type 2: quiet roommate that keeps to themselves, does their own thing, but pays rent on time and is respectful of common areas. This is also great! You can be either, all I ask is that you’re a genuinely nice and kind hearted person that is respectful to me, my dog, and my house.
