This is a 1600 sq ft sunny 2 bedroom apartment in a three flat in Albany Park. Huge living room with bay windows and built in bookcases. Large dining room and kitchen with pantry and dishwasher. Bedrooms are good sized, furnished with queen bed. If you have your own stuff i can rent the room empty. Not a problem . Onsite landlord and laundry in basement. Garage parking included in rent. This is an amazing apartment at a great price. I feel really lucky to have found it. Oh, there is also a back porch. I’m a grant writer work MF 9-6. Am home evenings after like 8 and out most of the weekend. I’m neat and quiet but friendly with a great sense of humor. I don’t want to rent to an excessive drinker. Social drinking fine. No smokers. Oh, I have a cat. Friendly, not needy. I will post pictures tonight.
