Just bought a large and beautiful townhouse in North Reston, and am looking to get 3 total (including me) likeminded, young professional people in there.

Looking for people to actually get along not a dungeon of awkwardness! (Though the house is large enough for everyone to have space/privacy). Hopefully some folks who might even enjoy board games/movies nights together on occasion and those kinds of things. You know, have some fun back in normal life!

The location is great for accessing Northern Virginia including Tysons, Herndon, Sterling, etc.! Walking distance to NorthPoint shopping center, and just a few minutes’ drive to Reston Town Center and the Wiehle-Reston Metro.

While finances are obviously a factor, I really am looking for a place where everyone feels they are in a good situation. (I’m living here too, so not trying to do the slumlord thing!!) So I will be making sure people make sense together- not just grabbing dollars here.

This posting is for the Master Bedroom, its private Bathroom, Walk-in closet, as well as shared access to the Main Level Kitchen/Living areas, Deck, and upstairs laundry. Planning on calling it a flat monthly for shared basic utilities, internet, and monthly professional cleaning.
