About the room
Our apartment are gated, close to grocery shopping, within walking distance of Chaffey College, and convenient to retail shopping. Our apartment is a two-story, townhouse style, very clean with a guest powder room and upstairs laundry room. We also have a patio. The property has two swimming pools, and a gym.
About the roomies
We are easy going, friendly/quiet & clean tenants. The female with whom you’d be sharing the upstairs bathroom is a student and she works part-time, so is frequently away. We split utilities and cable/internet, averaging approximately 85/monthly (fluctuates seasonally).
