Tino's room

The property is located in downtown Sacramento and with old town being within 10 minute walking distance. We live on the 13th floor and have a nice view of the city. The room is the master bedroom that has its own bathroom and AC unit. There is a really nice pool that’s rather large and a gym that’s also available to residents. The name of the apartment complex is Capitol Towers.

I am a student in pursuit of my Bachelors in Natural Resource Management. My roommate and I are mostly introverts but we do occasionally host movie nights with friends. I also have a 7 year old Australian Shepherd Mix. She can be nervous around strangers but will warm up to others after being bribed w/ food and treats. My roommate and I are renting out the master bedroom with its own bathroom for 850 not including utilities. We are located in downtown Sacramento and on the 13th floor. The lease agreement is up for renewal in August but we would strongly prefer to have someone move in before that date if at all possible.
