Erica's room

This is the biggest room in a 3 BR x 2 Bath apartment with a balcony. It’s about 160 square feet, not including the private bathroom and walk-in closet. It’s got a great view from the window and a private door to the balcony.

The apartment has a little gym, pool, the residents are all mostly families and Microsoft/other tech company workers and so it’s pretty quaint.

Situated right by a trail that goes practically everywhere notable in Redmond. Right by grocery shopping, a theatre, downtown Redmond, and is along major bus routes.

Move in date for lease is officially 8/01 but the old roommate has already left so I’m flexible on move in date for this room!

Hi! I’m a 22 year old student and barista living in an apartment complex called Avalon Redmond Place. My two old roommates are moving out whilst I’d like to stay here and I’m looking for some new, quiet, responsible people to sign a ten to twelve month lease with me.

I will probably try to get a dog within my stay here soon so please be okay with dogs! I’ll make sure it’s not very destructive and well-behaved so you won’t have to worry about that.

I’m pretty quiet, clean, and like to keep to myself. I’m a fan of games, reading, an artist, and like to go on lazy trail walks. I’d love to have similarly-minded roommates with me here!
