I am looking for a Professional female in her late 20’s, early 30’s for a roommate. Rent is $750 a month including all utilities. The house is fully furnished, you would only be responsible for your bedroom. The home is 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, has a large backyard with a patio, new appliances, pantry, bonus media room, clubhouse with gym, close street parking, air conditioning, WiFi and tv. With new floors, appliances, furniture, paint etc.. I do not want any pets. The house is located at Timberline and Mulburry in a new subdivision that is clean and quiet. My home is close to I-25, CSU and Old Town. The lease would be for either 6 months or 1 year. Not 420 friendly and NO pets.

I am a teacher who is very laid back, quiet, and very very clean. I enjoy reading, watching tv, going out to eat, and spending time with family and friends. I am not home much as I tutor evenings and nanny in the summer. I do not smoke, or party, (I’m over this stage in my life) and would like someone who shared the same interest’s. I am looking for someone who is a professional in her late 20’s early 30’s and is very clean, quiet, polite, friendly and responsible.
