• Below Market Rate (BMR) unit: $1210 a month (August rent is $1035)

• Your space: Carpeted bedroom with huge window and lots of natural light. Private balcony access. HUGE walk-in closet. Large private bathroom just steps away from your bedroom. (My roommate put a curtain up for more privacy. You basically have a whole side of the apartment to yourself besides the washer and dryer)

• In-unit washer and dryer!

• Walk-in kitchen 

• Utilities: ~$70 per person 

• PG&E: ~$50 per person

• Xfinity: $50 per person

• Garage Parking: $38 per person (we both get a space!!)

• Huge saltwater pool and jacuzzi, weight room, cardio room, dog-park, computer room

• Location: In the heart of downtown San Jose. Right next to all the fun stuff! Walking distance to San Pedro Square, the downtown bar scene, and VTA. 


• Roomie: I’m a very easy and outgoing person. I’m active, love to paint, go to music festivals, and eat all types of food. I’m hoping to find someone with similar energy and we respect each other’s space. I’m currently working remotely for an animal shelter in Milpitas and have been starting to go in. As the world starts to open up again, you will catch me going out with friends most weekends and catching any concerts or raves that I can. I also like to have friends over and entertain from time to time. I will help you keep the common areas clean. 

• Fuzzy Roomie: I have a super sweet 10 yr old Siamese cat named Mocha. He doesn’t hiss, hit, scratch, or bite. I promise he wouldn’t hurt a fly. :)
