2BR apartment unit in a safe and friendly living complex. It’s a brand new apartment since we are the first to live here, 2 bathrooms, the room that we want to rent out has its own bathroom.

We are a family couple, who own a private company. We work a lot that’s why we will be seldom at this apartment - at max we will stay the night 2 times a week - the rest of the time you will be alone. We do not smoke, we lead a peaceful and quite life, we do not invite guests over. We want to find rational, calm and not noisy roommates.
