I am looking for someone to take over one bedroom in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment at Alvista Harmony. I have attached floorplan for the apartment. You will be getting a room on top right. Amenities include swimming pool, fitness center and hot tub.

You’ll have your private bathroom. Living area, kitchen and laundry room will be shared. Living area and kitchen are already furnished/equipped which you’re welcome to use. I might have some furniture and/or mattress to sell for cheaper price if you choose to move in.

Also I would prefer that you get added in the lease.
