South Kingsley Drive

I have 1 room to rent in my home in Koreatown, Los Angeles (near Kingsley and Wilshire). It’s a quiet area, it includes 1 parking spot, so if you have a car you can park it in the building’s parking lot. There are local shops and restaurants nearby and public transportation as well. The room is furnished with bed and a few other furniture. TV, gas and electric included in rent. Your cut will be 700$ per month. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. I’m looking for someone to stay at least 6 months, a non smoker, not too noisy and with no pets.
