Angel's room

Renting out one private room (ROOM #1) (shared bathroom with one female) in centreville. Room is fully furnished with a twin bed, desk, chair, and a lamp - but can be unfurnished. We are located right off of 28 & 66. Ample street parking. Utilities included. Internet is Verizon FiOS. Will need to provide proof of employment and a 2months pay stub. Preferably looking for someone with a stable 9-5. You’re free to use the kitchen and washer/dryer as needed or chill in the living room whenever.

One couple in the master bedroom F(26) & M(26). One M(26) in the first floor bedroom. Two of us work from home. One F(24) that will share a bathroom with you. We are looking for someone in our age group. We also have one small Maltipoo (will consider other dogs on a case-by-case basis but no cats sorry). We are really chill, we like having get-togethers, going out to raves & festivals, we like to drink and watch movies or just spend time in the living room. Three of us have desks in the living room where the dining table should be so we will most likely be spending a lot of time in the living room instead of in our rooms. We are looking for someone who can preferably hang with us and have a good time, but if you like to keep to yourself that’s alright. We like to party on the weekends but are responsible and considerate during the work week and hope you can be too. We would like someone who will be respectful of others’ property, keep the shared spaces clean, and join in on chores. Mainly, we just want someone who’s clean, drama free, and considerate :)! This house is strictly a no-shoes house. Also, everyone in the house is vaccinated, please be able to provide proof of vaccination as well.
