Coronado Street

Hi! My current roommate is moving out mid-July so I need a new roomie! Our lease is up July 31 so the new lease will start August 1. My apartment is located in the Silverlake/Echo Park area. It’s a safe and very lively neighborhood. It is walking distance to Sunset Blvd. where there are shops and restaurants, etc. You will have a private room and we will share a bathroom. Rent is approximately $1230 per month, with utilities. Laundry is in-unit and street parking. I have the bigger room and will be paying more. I have a cat so she will be our third roomie :). Might be okay with another cat but no dogs. I plan to redecorate with my roommate leaving if you’d like to collaborate. Please message me with any questions or inquiries.

I am laid back but also like to have fun. I bartend so if you like to drink I’m your girl! I work multiple jobs and am not home a lot of the time. The apartment has a large living room that I enjoy hanging out in so hopefully I can find someone who will chill and watch movies or listen to music and hang with me. I don’t smoke but don’t mind if you do! I like to have friends over occasionally.
