Updated property with new flooring, paint, new double vanity with granite countertops, new tile everything is brand new for you. I will also be adding a hot tub in the backyard.

I am a real estate investor and contractor. I mainly work at a flip of mine or from my home office which is a converted shed in the backyard. I am very quite and keep to myself, but I am also very social. I am from Colorado and have projects there too so I will be gone from time to time. My 3 year old golden doodle Case, is the happiest and friendliest dog you will ever meet, he likes to smile. I enjoy playing basketball, working out and fixing things.
