Laid back easy going environment with love and respect for the house and each other. House is one min from parks and shopping. Grocery store is across the street along with some restaurants. Also a park is right across the street next to the mailbox and the backyard has no neighbors and opens up to a park. Huge greenways and one separates the side of the house from the neighbors so there is a lot of privacy. We are also located on the Ute Creek golf course. All of the neighbors are fantastic.
