Clay Street East

It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo only minutes away from Western Oregon Universities Campus. It’s been fully redone making it nice and new with all new appliances, floors, paint, counters, and bathroom. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, a covered patio to park under, and a covered patio out the back. A pastor and his wife live on one side and a woman in her 20’s lives on the other side.

I am a 20-year-old Junior studying to be an elementary school teacher. I am hoping to find another student that I can room with. Some of my passions are art, cooking, and theater. I am a pretty introverted person who is clean and likes to hang with friends. If my friends were to describe me in one word they would say caring or kind. I love marvel movies, romantic comedies and am also down to explore. Family is very important to me as well as friendship. I am sadly allergic to dogs and cats so I am unable to have them as pets. I am pretty clean and am good at picking up after myself. I also enjoy cooking so you might get a free meal or two. I’m not super into partying and do not do drugs. This will be my first time living off-campus but I know it will be great!
