Lindsay's room

I am looking for someone to sign a 1 year lease with me at my current apartment, as my current roommate is moving out of state at the end of my lease. New lease would begin July 16th, 2021. Apartment is less than 3 years old in a complex with management on site. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, and you would have your own bathroom, walk-in closet and bedroom. Shared space includes kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, living room and balcony. The SHARED SPACE IS FULLY FURNISHED, with my furniture and will remain in the apartment. I also have a fully equipped kitchen, complete with utensils, cookery, plates, bowls, cups, slow cooker, blender, food processor, rice cooker and glassware. Includes in-unit full sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, sink disposal, and plenty of cupboard space. We currently rent 2 underground heated parking spots. The total rent with room, parking, and all utilities comes to about $1200 per month at most, $1100 at the least.

Apartment is dog-friendly and I have a cat who is extremely social, and keep his food and litter in my room/bathroom. The complex also has large outdoor space, rental/recreation space with full kitchen, pool table and fooseball table, outdoor pool, indoor sauna, fitness center, DIY studio, and “pet spa.” There is also package delivery service, a cantina that is open 24-hours, and plenty of work space in the common areas of the complex.

Minnesotan at heart raised in this great state! I am a clean person, especially keeping the bathroom and kitchen clean. I love cooking, am outgoing, personable, and also value personal privacy. Recently graduated from medical school a few years ago, I work in research at the University of Minnesota and am looking for a roommate who is responsible, kind and is not afraid to voice complaints if they have them about me as a roommate. MUST LOVE CATS! My 5 year old cat is VERY social, cuddly, curious and loving. I clean his litter box daily, brush him twice a day and take care of him exclusively.
