About the room
This is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom property in a great little easy going community! There is a shared laundry room that takes quarters at a reasonable rate, and you’ll have one parking spot, otherwise it’s the street. The area is a quiet and friendly area of Huntington Beach near Huntington Harbor, about a half mile from the beach, and right next to shops like Trader Joe’s, Albertsons, Starbucks, and great little eateries! The climate stays pretty moderate inside through the winter and the summer which is always nice. It’s an amazing location if you’re looking for something close to the beach and only a 10-minute drive to downtown!
About the roomies
You will be living with myself, a 29-year-old male. I am super easy-going, down to earth, clean, respectful, and communicative. I do event production for a living and my schedule is all over the place, but when I’m off I’m either chilling at home or out and about!
