Renting out second bedroom in two bed two bath townhome. Three levels: half furnished basement which will be converted into a second living room/game room. One bathroom upstairs with both bedrooms, one bathroom in basement. In the mornings I have to go to basement to take the dog out anyways so will be using that bathroom to get ready. One parking space in front of townhome.

Am a 28 year old young professional who works in Arlington (part remote and part in office). I have a 12 year old small white dog who loves people but not other animals so has to be the only pet. Also allergic to cats.

Looking for a female roommate who is relative quiet, no drugs, no smoking, no parties and no having boyfriends/random guys over to spend the night.
