This room is on the first floor with quick access to the kitchen and living room and is available now!
The house is two story 7 bedroom with mix of students and professionals. This house is very convenient for students because it is 1 mile away from campus.
The room size is 9 feet by 11 feet and has hardwood floors as well as a closet. The occupant of this room will share one of two bathrooms available. Both bathrooms have custom river rock showers, vessel sinks and high efficiency dual flush commodes. The monthly rent is $600 with a deposit of $500.
Kitchen is fully furnished with all shared appliances, high-efficiency washer and dryer are also provided.
Pets are not allowed and utility costs average $80 per month per person.
About the roomies
The house has a mix of professionals. There is an onsite manager and everyone works together to maintain shared areas.
