Collins Avenue

The apartment is spacious, modern, and located right on the beach. It is a full-service building, meaning there is a concierge, valet, parking, a pool, gym, and lots more. The room itself has the nicest view of the entire apartment, as it looks out to both the beach and the canal. It is not too big but there is plenty of closet space and privacy.

My best friend and I are both students at FIU, so we’re typically studying quietly or working in our rooms. I enjoy going out often while she is a bit more of a homebody. We both love cooking and music, and though she is not as neat as me, we are both very clean.
