Open floor plan, very spacious. Your room has lots of light and it’s own small balcony. There are two twin beds that can be converted into a full sized bed for your room, but we can also take it out if you prefer to bring in your own bed. Also comes with your own large dresser and a closet. There is a large balcony in the living room, which is fully furnished with a comfy couch and a fireplace. Kitchen has new appliances. I’ve also painted a nice mural on the wall and have a piano in the living room. There is a dining area and a study area as well as a TV above the piano. Includes a dishwasher, and a washing and drying machine next to your room and personal bathroom. Chautauqua hikes are a 5 min drive, and it’s about a 30 min drive from downtown Denver. The CU campus is a 5-10 min drive.

I grew up in Colorado so I love the outdoors. I have lived in NYC for the past few years and I’m happy to be back in the mountains. I often play blues piano and some guitar, so it is a musical household but I am definitely respectful of needing quiet time. I would love to find a roomie who is also into music, art and the outdoors. I am currently in law school so I will mainly be at school and will be at our condo in the evenings. I’d love to have a nice roommate to chat with and go hiking with, but I also love having my own personal space. A queer friendly place, and I am very cleanly. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
