THE HOUSEMATES: Three guys, early/mid 30’s working professionals, quiet, clean, chill, and looking for similar minded housemates. We play video games, drink beer, and never ever have any drama. Everyone pays rent on time and says whats up when we see each other. None of us have ever had Covid-19. All of us have been vaccinated.

YOU: Looking for mature college student or young working professional for long term rental. Month to month sublease, but we hope the new person will stay at least 1 year. Must be clean, relatively quiet, drama free, and communicate well. We don’t all have to be best friends, but we have to respect each other and get along to have an awesome house. Sharing dinners and an occasional drink is always nice.
