This house offers a great living situation for young professionals/workers in the Denver metro.
Spacious, comfortable single-family home in a quiet Westminster neighborhood. Spend your mornings sippin’ coffee on the back porch or in the private gazebo. In the evenings take the load off in the pre-furnished living room. There’s hi-speed wi-fi, a Roku TV already loaded with streaming services, and a wood-burning fireplace keeping you nice and toasty.
Location wise it’s hard to get much better than this… Large corner lot in a quiet neighborhood with a minute drive to either I-25 or I-36. Enjoy easy commutes straight to Denver or Boulder. Looking to grab some food, lift weights or get groceries? You’ll be pleased to hear that major shopping centers, gyms, dining, etc. are all within a few minutes away.
Private bedroom with nice paint, clean carpet, and full closets. 2-car garage, with room to fit 3 more on the driveway and tons of available free parking along the street. Within a minute of either I-25 or I-36 with direct access to Boulder or Denver. A few minutes away from shopping centers, gyms, dining, etc. Free In-Unit Laundry. Multiple bathrooms and several large common spaces. Plenty of room to spread your legs on a spacious 8,700 sqft lot. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a gas range. Fully furnished dining & living rooms with a wood-burning fireplace. High-speed wi-fi and Roku tv with numerous streaming channels. Fully fenced, private backyard with an above-ground deck, backyard, and gazebo. Smart home enabled with Amazon Alexa, Ring, and a keyless front door.
To qualify: Income ~3x the rent. Background & employment checks will be performed. Rental history review will be performed. Credit checks, looking for ~620 or better. There’s a fee of $35 to run checks (that is what it costs me). $800 security deposit and first full month’s rent required up front. If signing a lease mid-month then that month shall be prorated.
Lease & Rules:
Utilities will be split evenly and include gas, electricity, wifi, and city services. No large, roaming pets like cats or dogs. Exceptions for smaller, more confined pets may be allowed. You must be clean. If you leave messes then this will not work out. Smoking will be allowed outside but NOT indoors. One person per room. Not an ideal situation for couples or families. Shared spaces are furnished, your bedroom is not. Short and long-term leases available.
We’ll start out with a one-month lease to make sure that we’re good with sharing the same space. If that works out then longer-term leases are available.

About the roomies
About myself – I recently bought the house. I’m a mid-20’s guy who works from home for a large moving company as a marketing manager (so I got the hook-up if you need help with moving ;-) Definitely an early riser; most days I’m up by ~6:30 am and go outside for some cardio. Outside of work I’m pretty laid back – into outdoor sports; strength training; cooking and a bit of gaming. Not looking to throw any big parties here, I love kicking back and sharing a drink.
