The apartment is in a complex with parking just out front. Parking is an additional $19.50. It’s just minutes from downtown — it’s an awesome apartment and great location for an amazing deal! Utilities not included (except for water, which is paid for by landlord.) Security deposit is one month’s rent.

There are currently two other girls (early/mid 20s to early 30s) living in the apartment. They are the nicest roommates and are super easy to get along with. They enjoy watching movies and hanging on week nights and occasionally going out on weekends! One even has the sweetest dog known to man (she’s the best fourth roommate).

They both work in the area, keep the place clean and are great roommates to live with!
