2x2 townhouse in a highly sought after community with great reviews in Fort Pierce. I will be taking the master bedroom which I will pay more for. Utilities are not included in the listed rent but will be split down the middle. Dogs up to 75 pounds are allowed, but no more than one as I already have one(pet deposit may apply and I’d like to make sure ours will get along together). Please be willing to sign a lease and pass a background check if we decide we are a good fit for each other. I can provide both make and female roommate references for peace of mind if need be. Hey all! I am a 24 year old young professional who works as a district manager for Goodwill International. My work involves investigations and I work close with law enforcement so please be a decent, law abiding person. I am extremely easy going and friendly. Much of my time is spent at work, the gym, or with my 4 year old labradoodle Mollie. If I’m not doing all of those, I’m usually in my room watching tv, playing video games, etc. I’m reserved and respectful of privacy and boundaries. All I ask is you clean up after yourself and help with occasional chores around the apartment. Shared access to all living areas.
