I’m looking for a friendly and responsible housemate to share my awesome flat with. The house is two stories and I rent the top floor (there is a balcony too, with an amazing view). It’s in the lovely Glen Park neighborhood and is within walking distance of tons of cute stores and restaurants as well as the scenic Glen Canyon Park! The room available is comfortable and customizable. You can paint any color you like (if you want). There is a bed available if you want it (or it can be removed before you move in). You would have your own closet and kitchen space and access to everything you need including laundry, storage space in the basement, excellent internet, a huge back yard, etc. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

I am an artist/ student studying Anthropology. I am a laid back person who likes a clean and peaceful home. I have a lot of hobbies including yoga, art, rollerskating, sewing, and hiking in the nearby park. I hope to find someone awesome/ likeminded to share my apartment with. If you are a keep to yourself type that is fine! On the other hand, I am also open to someone who is looking for a sense of community. Whatever floats your boat! My kitty Kalista is a real sweetie and she loves people. Cat lovers and people who are LGBTQ/ LGBTQ friendly encouraged to apply!!
