I am offering shared use of 1300 sq ft, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Large garage for storage if needed. The rented bedroom has plenty of closet space. Washer and dryer, all utilities included.

I have 2 large goldendoodles and a sphynx cat. All of my animals are very friendly and well behaved. They will want to say hello to you as you come and go. Please do not inquire if you’re not an animal lover. No space for more pets!

I’m a 32 year old female retail manager. Clean, quiet, respectful, drama free, looking for the same in a roommate. I’m more of a homebody so we will see each other. I don’t have people over frequently other than family and the occasional friend on weekends. My expectations are mutual respect for common spaces and each other’s things. I don’t cook much so the kitchen space is all yours.
