Looking for someone to take over my lease that is until October 1st, 2021. Or looking for someone to move in the beginning of October when my lease is up. Only interested in someone who is planning to stay long term/renew the lease after October into the year 2022. 8 minutes from Sacred Heart University. 10 minutes from Fairfield University.

This is a 3 bedroom home with 1 shared bathroom. It is a great area, family neighborhood, great size, very clean, and newly updated. The backyard overlooks a beautiful river that flows through the neighborhood. The 2 girls you will be living with are both 24 years old, respectful young professionals, one is a graduate student at Sacred Heart. Both are very considerate, fun, and easy going people. I loved the time I spent with the girls and am so sad I have to move out for a job ): The girls both have shih tzu and a shih tzu poodle mix puppies.
