The apartment is in the highly rated condominium “The Windsor Over Peachtree” (please search for it in your browser). Location is exceptional. Besides being 2 blocks to GA Tech, it’s also on the same block as MARTA, 1 block from The Fox, walkable to Piedmont Park, in the vicinity of MANY restaurants (including Chick Fil A) with a Subway, the Midtown Diner, and a Boba Tea Cafe right in the same building.

I chose this unit largely for its great views! All the ‘view’ photos attached are taken from my spacious balcony, to which you will have complete access. Note the construction site in the central photo, currently grown into a large building.

Two payment options:

If there are any problems with your proof of income, credit check, or rental history, I require full payment of rent (through Dec 11th) up front plus two months’ security deposit. The deposit is fully refundable, less damages or other outstanding monies due.

Alternatively, if you provide acceptable proof of stable 3x income, 700+ credit score, proof of good rental history, and nothing concerning on your background or credit checks, I will accept one month’s rent + utilities and one month’s security deposit.

You must pass a background check either way.

I am only interested in tenants who will be excellent roommates to the other two occupants. That means clean, quiet, considerate, and respectful.
