Savannah's room

The available room is on the second floor and includes closet space, a ceiling fan, and a window air conditioning unit (but you are welcome to bring your own). Furniture not included.

The house has hardwood floors, three stories, four bedrooms and a guest bedroom, one bathroom, basement, front porch, side deck, backyard with space for gardening, a shed to store bikes etc, and a driveway (street parking available too).

Located close to the Glenside train station and bus routes 22 & 77.

We have a washer/dryer, two refrigerators, gas stove/oven, and a dishwasher. Rent is due the first of each month and utilities are roughly $100/month (gas, water, electric, internet) per person. Responsive, friendly landlord and landlady live next door.

No pets, no smoking.

We are three female roommates looking for a clean and responsible 4th roommate in their mid 20s to mid 30s to stay for at least one year. Looking for a working professional or grad student. We are an overall quiet, lowkey household. Some of our hobbies/interests include: fitness, plants and gardening, board games, and having occasional roommate dinners/activities.
