This room is available now until Aug 15th and is prorated at $30/night. Preference given to someone who can stay more of the time. May be possible to extend longer if needed.

PLEASE NOTE: the room will not be furnished as pictured but will have a 6in foam full sized bed made up on the floor, a cozy reading chair, lamps and other small cozy touches and has 2 small built-in bookshelves bedroom is ~15 ft x 10 ft with a closet, hardwood floors & two windows facing the street

Our home is a sanctuary with gorgeous communal spaces and sunset views we have 2 shared bathrooms, so you share a bathroom with 1 other person the house has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms total, all upstairs we have lots of common spaces: a large living room, a reading nook, an arts and crafts room, a movement room, a kitchen, front and back porches and a small backyard shared with the downstairs neighbors. in-unit washer/dryer street parking available we are located 1 block from Piedmont Ave. which has lots of wonderful shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

About us:

You’ll be sharing a home with 3 lovely, mindful housemates. We enjoy spending time together over meals, and also value spaciousness and alone time. We love the flexibility, support and acceptance that we have cultivated in our house. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in building friendships, has a strong sense of community, and practices clear, direct, non-violent communication. Someone who is kind, caring, thoughtful, who is clean but also has a tolerance for messes that sometimes come with sharing space with beautiful humans. We are a fairly quiet house but enjoy occasional movie nights and karaoke nights together - in a post-Covid world we are hoping to host song circles and small gatherings from time-to-time.

You would be sharing the space with 3 roommates and a cat. They are all conscious, sweet, lovely women in their 30’s and early 40’s that value connection, good communication, and consideration.
