North Henderson Road

The apartment itself is awesome— It’s a completely furnished, two bed, one bath 3rd floor apartment with a deck within a mid-rise building in the Ballston area of Arlington (5-10 min walk to both the Ballston and Virginia square metro stations). The total apartment rent is 2250, but I pay 1200 versus 1050 because I’m in a slightly larger room (including everything but internet which is ~30/month). The building has a 24/7 doorman, a pool, and a private outdoor eating area behind the building with a grill. Washing and drying units are available on each floor of the building and are completely free to use. The building is about a 30 second walk away from a Harris Teeter and is in close proximity to a bunch of Ballston restaurants and night life. Ideally, I would be looking to resign a 1 year lease starting August 1 (although you could move in any time after July 13). Garage parking is available for 250 for the whole year.

I graduated from Colby College in the Spring of 2020, where I studied biochemistry and ran cross country/track. I currently work as a biosecurity consultant for a firm just outside of D.C. I’m a big runner, and have really gotten into biking as well. I’m clean and respect shared space (i.e., living room, kitchen, sink). Feel free to reach out if you’re interested at all!
