Very nice house in Irving, TX, close to highway 183, about 15min from downtown Dallas. Two floors. 3.5 bedrooms. The listed room has its own bathroom and is on second floor. Windows with sunlight. Shared spaces include kitchen, downstairs shared living space, and second floor livingroom with shared TV. Common areas are kept clean but might be messy from time to time. We’re young so we sometimes have friends over on the weekend for drinks. Only loud on the weekend though. All of us work from home weekdays so we keep it quiet then. Utilities not included. Those add up to around $100 in addition to rent.

We are three roommates - two guys and one girl. We welcome students and professionals. You’re very welcome to join our friend group - a diverse group of people - for drinks and social activities on the weekend. We’re talkative and social but also keep to ourselves most of the time. Most of us keep to the our rooms except for cooking during lunch and dinner. We don’t hang out in the common areas except for the weekend.
