We have a large room (190 sq. feet) opening up in an amazing single-family home in the NE, Sabin neighborhood, for a 7/1 move-in date. Walking distance to Alberta Street and Irving Park. Walking/biking distance to Mississippi and Williams avenues.

The room is HUGE and has its own private balcony, looking over the double lot yard. The room comes with a very deep closet and is next to a bright bathroom with a claw foot tub. The room is $950 per month (month-to-month) and utilities are around $50-70 per month.

Also requires first and last month’s rent and a $167 security deposit. A non-refundable $200 pet deposit, if applicable. Rent for couples is $1250/month.

One roommate is a female (she/her) in her low 30’s, works remotely, and also in a clinical holistic herbalism program. The other roommate (he/him) is 26 year-old male and is a geotechnical engineering grad student and geologist. We have our own schedules going on, are also social and outgoing, but mainly keep the house pretty mellow. The kitchen is great for multiple people to cook in and we like having roommate dinners and barbecue together occasionally. We’d like to continue having a nice, clean, shared space. Low pressure, great energy :)

Dogs permissible pending a meet and greet. We currently have 1 female dog, a heeler mix named Cypress Carini. No cats please.

We love hiking, biking, live music, yoga, running, camping, etc. If we go out during the weekend it would pretty much be one night and then keep it chill the other one.
