My house is 1500 sqft with a good size backyard. 3 bed/2bath. Awesome location. Close to groceries, restaurants, and parks. 1 pet allowed for new roommate.

I’m a 29 year old military veteran currently finishing my graduate degree. My roommate and I currently have 2 dogs and 1 cat living with us. Your bathroom will be shared with my roommate.

We are both clean and friendly people. We typically do some meal prep on the weekends, but never leave dishes in the sink. We split cleaning duties to keep the house tidy. We both work full time. When I get home I’m usually studying for school and my roommate plays video games in their room.
