You will have furnished bedroom, a furnished adjoining room, and full private bath. If you work in Jacksonville, this eastward location allows you to drive back and forth morning and evening with no blinding glare.
About the roomies
I am retired with two houses, this one in Atlantic Beach/Jacksonville and the other in North Carolina. I have an affectionate two and a half year old rescue Golden/Shepherd/Lab mix, Aubrey, who travels with me to NC.
