Hi friends, currently looking for 2 people to takeover both rooms in our 3 bedroom one bath home in the sunset district.
House includes: • in-unit washer & Dryer •Free parking spot in driveway •20 minute walk from SFSU •7 minute bus ride to stones-town SFSU •L-train is 2 blocks away
Must know: •Both rooms are up for grabs. Must be able to sign a One-year lease starting July 1st. However Room #2 is available to fill ASAP. •1st & last months +$250 deposit is required upon lease signing •utilities range between $80-$110 a month •must be clean and respectful •Room #1 is available starting July 1st •Room #2 is available ASAP!! •preferably looking for young college students or working individuals to share the home with! :)
