I have a 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment in West Hollywood with a room for rent. The room is unfurnished. It’s big enough for a queen bed and some furniture, there is a good amount of closet space, a ceiling fan, and a lot of natural light.

Your monthly payment includes all the bills which include: electric, water, gas, wi-fi. There is a coin laundry room on-site.

I’m a non-smoker, gay… I’m a writer and artist, into hiking and nature. My creative dreams brought me here. I’d love to know about you - your hobbies and interests, and work. I have lived here for a while and rent the spare room from time to time.
