Cooper's room

This house was originally a split entry family home and had been converted into a duplex. It’s very roomy and has a very comfortable vibe. It’s in a very safe area and it’s on Main Street which makes it convenient for traveling and navigation. It is an old house but I was maintained very well and is in very good shape. The rooms are well sized and the closet space is generous as well. There is a car port and a storage shed as well as a shed in the backyard that is available for storage use. The front and back yard are very well sized and the deck in the back yard is perfect for hanging out and relaxing with friends or family on nice summer nights. Overall it is an amazing property and I have enjoyed every minute of living here.

I am very easy going and friendly. I get along with everybody and I enjoy meeting new people. I grew up in Utah and so I am very familiar with the location and the people. I work full time between 5-6 days a week and I exercise at the local gym regularly so for the most part I am not home besides in the evening after work and occasionally when I come home for lunch. Todd is the downstairs neighbor and he has lived here for many years. He is an older gentleman who for the most part keeps to himself. He is extremely friendly and an excellent neighbor. He is quiet and respectful and has never given any reason for disruption. He is normally home all day and has family members who come over and visit and help him out with certain things.
