Privately owned two floor townhouse, 2 bedrooms and full bath upstairs (share shower/tub), 1/2 bath, kitchen, living space (common area) downstairs. Laundry room off patio. One covered parking spot, plenty of additional off-street parking available. One friendly resident dog, a 15 lb. Welsh Terrier. It’s a small place, but everything works, and the water is good out of the tap (always drank bottled in past). Tropicana & Pecos location.
