I live in a duplex apartment its 2 bedrooms 1 bath, its in a nice quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors, it has air conditioning which is a window unit, must be pet friendly cause I have 2 medium sized dogs who are very friendly n trained n 2 cats that are also trained n friendly. I’m quiet n friendly n mostly keep to myself. Smoking is ok cause I to smoke no drinking but will tolerate social drinking even tho I don’t drink myself no partying or guest over night please be respectful, rent is due when u move in n on time every month, electric, water n basic cable is included in the rent hoping to find someone asap
