I am looking for a roommate starting January 1st.

The apartment is located in downtown Hoboken just a few blocks from the PATH and right near the water. This is my second year living in the apartment and I love it. Great and safe area and our rent is super affordable for the location.

The rent is $1,075 and utilities are split evenly (roughly $50 each per month) and the heat is included! There is also laundry onsite in the building. There is also no lease (we pay month to month), but I prefer someone to stay at least a year or so. Security deposit to move in is 1.5 months.

Aside from our bedroom, the apartment is fully furnished, so no need to buy or bring extra furniture unless you’d like to.

I am a mid-twenties female who works in Manhattan 9 - 6 Monday through Friday. I’m looking for a roommate who is respectful, clean, and a generally normal person. Doesn’t matter if you’re a guy or gal; just someone who picks up after him/herself and is easy to get along with!

Please shoot me a note with a little about yourself and when you can come see the apartment. I’m in town all through the holidays aside from New Years, so I’m available to the show apartment at any time.
