Master suite (room with grey couch) has bathroom and dedicated office-1500/month furnished or 1200/month unfurnished.

Utilities will be split between all roommates.

Total Utilities- Internet is 80/Month Water/electricity ranges from 300-600/month depending on how many people live in the home.

HUGE HOME! In a very desired neighborhood. 12 minutes from Fayetteville Airport. About 25 mins from FORSCOM HQ on Ft. Bragg.

You will also have access to community pool and gym in the garage.

Shared spaces include living room and kitchen.

Looking for active duty roommates or other young MATURE professionals .

Must show proof of income. If you don’t have a steady career, are in the military or DOD contractor you will not be considered.

Currently only me in the home. Looking for other chill bachelors looking for a nice spot to call home for however long you need. I travel a lot, work remote from home and in general just have a good time. I don’t throw parties at the house and don’t really drink but I’m pretty social and don’t care if you have company or drink as long as it’s reasonable.
