Looking for some roommates in a relaxed home atmosphere? Great. We got you.

The home is a two-floor upper to a duplex in a quiet neighborhood. We have a backyard with fruit trees, a spot in the garage for parking, big living room with hardwood floors, huge tiled kitchen with all modern appliances and granite counters, laundry, two full bathrooms, and you get two pretty neat roommates to boot. Your room would be the one upstairs with a skylight. It’s cozy but has lots of closet space. You’d share the upstairs with Nick, and have free roam of both levels and can put up or move in whatever you want. We can make it work. Nick has some pet rodents. They stick to his room and their cage. Bring along your nice dog to see the place if you’d like (no breed restrictions). We are not interested in cats, however.

Do you have furniture? A TV? A dining room table? If so, cool. If not, we’re going to look into replacing those. We are keeping the couch in the living room photos. If you have something you’d like to bring, we can move stuff around and help you make the place your own.

We are within 5-10 minutes walking of the Belmont Blue Line, Belmont and Kimball buses, Kennedy freeway, three grocery stores, a liquor store, Walgreens, good bars, and good Mexican food. We’re just a 10-minute walk from Logan Square. Just 20 minutes on the train to downtown.

Our landlord has fixed any issues promptly. We like him. Our neighbors are families. They’re great.

Rent hovers between the $500-$600 range throughout the year. Security deposit will be the same.

Your possible roommates:

Nick is a social media manager by day and an avid reader by night. He cooks, has some plants, rides his bike, and writes in between.

Tori is a flight attendant with an unpredictable schedule. She flies often, cooks pizza and biscuits, and is working on her Instagram account.

We’re LGBT-friendly, 420- and smoking-okay (just do it outside), dog-friendly, and all around good people. Just be clean and respectful and we’d love to have you live here.
