About the room
Amenities include grills, fire pit, sitting areas, club house, gym, parking options in garage, and passcode package room. Your room is outlined by the red box in the layout photo. The complex is a few blocks from Cal Train which is also next to a Safeway, however the complex is also 2 blocks away from a Gus’s grocery store. There is also a nice collection of a couple dozen food trucks and outdoor public dining arrangements a couple blocks away. Apartment Patio overlooks a nice children’s park across the street.
About the roomies
You would have a male engineering roommate who would be staying on lease and you would swap on lease with myself, through the leasing office of Azure. I am leaving lease as I am moving to Miami. The lease has about 10 months left, ending 4/13/22. Your split of rent would be $2200 out of the total $4400, additional costs for internet water and electricity vary per month. We renewed around what so far seems to be market bottom of the covid rental cost roller coat in SF, our previous lease was $5400 a month before recent renewal couple months ago. The apartment is part of Azure apartments, 690 long bridge st, corner apartment with no upstairs neighbors.
